| Job Summary | Routine supervisory work in the storage and safekeeping of court documents and exhibits. An employee in this class is responsible for the safe keeping and distribution of court files, books, records and other important documents required for use by the courts, judicial personnel, members of staff and the general public. Work involves ensuring that such documents are properly and correctly stored in the vault and supervising one or a few subordinates engaged in searching for and replacing documents. Work is performed with some independence on routine assignments, but on new assignments, detailed instructions are received from a superior who reviews work for adherence to instructions and standard practices. The FCD Vault Attendant may be assigned to any of the FCD locations. |
